Over 20 years ago, Sam worked weekends at his cousin's pizza shop, not knowing that one day he would go on to join a partnership, leave the electronics industry, and then pursue a new venture opening up his first pizza shop! For over three years he worked 7 days a week, open to close, learning how to run the business through trial and error. As time went on, Sam craved to open something closer to home and his community. This led to the opening of New York Pizza & Pasta in 2007!
